At Infinity Workshop, we currently sell digital products such as printable PDF templates and 3D models. Since these are digital downloads, there is no physical shipping involved. Please read the details below regarding our delivery process.

1. Digital Product Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, your purchased files will be available for instant download from your account or sent via email.
Please ensure that you enter a valid email address during checkout to receive your download links.
If you do not receive the files within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Instant Delivery: All digital products are delivered immediately after a successful transaction.
If there are any technical issues or delays, please allow up to 24 hours before contacting support.

3. Issues with Delivery

If you do not receive your purchased digital product within 24 hours, please contact us at Infinityworkshop.diy+support@gmail.com.
If there are unexpected delays due to server issues, we will notify you via email and provide an estimated resolution time.

4. Fixed Delivery Dates for Physical Products (Future Expansion)

In the future, if we offer physical products, estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and collected as part of the total order amount.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us.
